benefits
VANILLA BEAN BIOFERMENT is an active ingredient that acts like an optical brightener absorbing UV light and adding radiance.
ORGANIC COCONUT OIL is superb for acne treatment, coconut oil is the source of two of the most powerful anti microbial agents found in any food substances. These are Capric Acid and Lauric Acid, also found in mother’s milk because it keeps the baby protected from infections.
CANADIAN MAPLE SYRUP had a greater enzyme-inhibiting effect compared to several other healthy plant foods such as berries. It contains more than 20 health enhancing compounds, including minerals such as manganese, potassium, zinc, calcium, and skin-healthy vitamins A and B – all of which provide serious doses of anti-cancer and antibacterial properties. The chemical properties of maple syrup attracts and retains the moisture in the air nearby via absorption, drawing water vapor into and beneath the skin’s surface.
ALOE JUICE Aloe vera has been used as a healing salve since the ancient Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality” thousands of years ago. The aloe vera plant contains over 75 different nutrients including vitamins, minerals, enzymes, sugars, anthraquinones or phenolic compounds, lignin, saponins, sterols, amino acids and salicylic acid. Aloe vera gel also contains a plethora of antioxidants including beta carotene and vitamin C and E, all of which help improve the skin texture and work to keep the skin hydrated.
application
Have you ever noticed that we see more imperfections in our skin when we’re under certain types of light? Depending on the type of light or its direction, light can accentuate imperfections or cause shadows to appear, making fine lines more visible. Typically, optical diffusers have been used to hide these imperfections; however they do not achieve the maximum desired results. Polyphenols, when activated by UV rays, absorb light in the invisible spectra (UVA and UVB wavelengths) and emit light in the visible spectra. This allows us to harness the power of UV rays which typically harm our skin and use them to emit light in the visible spectrum to increase luminescence to skin. Polyphenols and Organic Coconut Oil together also help to even out skin tone and smooth imperfections while providing antioxidant protection from extrinsic damage. In short, this product exceeded my wildest expectations of what one single product can do. All the credit goes to pure and potent ingredients grown by nature. Already, I cannot remember what life was like BBBC (Before BB Cream).
